Do I deal with residents?

No. Spire Housing handles resident communication, day-to-day issues and property management throughout the agreement.

What happens if the property is empty?

Your fixed monthly rent continues to be paid under the agreement, whether the property is occupied or not.

How long are agreements?

We focus on long-term arrangements. The exact term depends on the property, works required and the agreement reached with the landlord.

Do you work with HMOs?
